i have the same problem with 4-5 friends that i referred and they each created an account from the emails they got from referrals and i still have 0 points! please help thank you

i've referred 4-5 friends and they all confirmed they received the email that says we both got 1 month of premium, all of them created an account and i still have 0 points! what is happening?? please help Thank you
