Alright, so you're saying there isn't a way to add lines after the block already being created?

I'm on Win7 using the web platform. The issue is that I can't position my cursor after the block, which is in a table. Pressing ENTER in the block only adds more lines inside of it.

After half an hour, I had to right-click and inspect, then find the proper line in that view and delete it from there. I'm not that kind of savvy with code and I don't want to have to go in there again. I'm sure there's a way to do that organically like any other formatting. I also want to be able to skip a line and type text outside a code block. Ideas? Thanks!
