Being able to view (some) or even create notes on the lock screen would be a HUGE plus. In the grocery store I feel like I want to wear a sign that says "NOT texting / on Facebook!" The act of unlocking the phone takes 3 times as much time and attention as glancing at the note. It's the one activity for me where it actually would be easier to be carrying a Post-it Note...
