@trananha91 of course I did (I usually start with a PDF Preview before printing). Interestingly, today the body is printing fine; I only have the header issue. No clue what happened here. Let's all wait for the next update and we'll see how it goes. Shipping a version of any software takes time, regardless of how minor the update may appear to be.

I just upgraded to macOS Sierra (10.12.1) and the PDF is now completely empty. So at least now the body and the title of the text are treated the same way when printing Of course I would like it to be the other way :-)

I just installed version 6.9.2 from the App store and the problem persists. This is very strange; I am happy to assist Evernote support if they cannot reproduce the issue in house.

I have exactly the same problem. It appeared a few days ago (certainly after 9/12 when I produced a PDF where it worked correctly). I am on MacOS 10.11.6 (El Capitan), running Evernote 6.9 (454042 App Store).
