OK, updated to 6.9.2 and still no annotation. This is the ONLY reason I pay for a premium account! Please don't make me look elsewhere... I've been an Evernote user (and advocate) for over 8 years. So disappointed right now :-(

Just tested this... If you have an iPad (or Android tablet I assume), you can annotate on there and the markup is saved and visible on the Mac, including the annotation summary at the top if you use it. I prefer highlighting on my Mac but it's a workaround until this is fixed at least.

Same for me. Hadn't considered trying Skitch to annotate so briefly had a glimmer of hope. With 2 large assignments due this week, this has really screwed my workflow... everything takes longer when you have to think about how you're going to workaround this kind of thing :-(

I'm having a similar problem. Annotations on PDFs simply don't show up, no highlighting, no arrows etc. I've uninstalled and re-installed but it's still not working. Really need this functionality as I rely on annotations for study.
