If I share a link in a notebook I can't open the link on browser but I can just see and edit the content on notebook

Hi, when I share links about hotels by app like booking in a work chat, the other person can't open the link inside app or in native app or on safari but can just see the image and text of content link inside the note but can't open the link. Thanks best regards
