@Austin G- That's exactly what I was looking for. Thanks! @gazumped - I can confirm that it does preserve tags. All of mine showed up on the import.

A few months ago my windows notes stopped syncing. It was a weird ssl glitch that I eventually worked out, but in the meantime I had a month of unsynced local notes. I was also using evernote web and android to created new synced notes on my account. When I eventually got my computer syncing again, it downloaded the synced notes but deleted all the unsynced local notes. Now, I have a backup of my local evernote database from before notes were deleted. A whole folder with exb files. I thought this would allow me to recover the lost notes, but I tried importing the exb and evernote didn't let me. Is there anyway I can access the contents of the exb in order to extract my lost notes and put them back onto my account? I'm running Evernote 6.2.4 Thanks!
