  1. Sorry, that was the desktop version number. I was seeing the same issue in all platforms, web included, and was getting desperate.

In the end, I managed to resolve this through weird combination.

I duplicated my main todo note, but the new one had the same issue - no tasks. So, I trashed the duplicate.

Evernote support suggested searching for the Tasks in other notes and I found that in the Trashed note all of the tasks were visible!

When I restored the note, they were still there.

Trashing and restoring other notes that had the problem resolved it for them, too.

    Thanks for your suggestions.

  2. After spending a few hours ranting about the removal of this feature (the combination of the S-pen and Evernote has allowed me to be truly paperless in my note taking for the last year), I've found a way of handwriting into the body of notes.

The keyboard has a button to the immediate left of the spacebar that has 4 options, one of which is to enable pen entry. This option is the one that looks like a 'T' with a pen at the bottom. If this isn't the one the button shows, hold down the button to see the 4 options and choose pen entry.

When you hit the pen entry button the keyboard disappears and you have a pen entry area. Your handwriting will be converted into text in the body of the note!

Hope this works for other people.
