I find this intrusive and annoying. What human thought it would be helpful to the company to annoy customers? I hope this is not indicative of their approach to future decisions.
What is the correct eddress for support?
I sent an email to "firstname.lastname@example.org," and received this:

That reply looks to be in error, so we need to adjust that message. Allow me to investigate.
