Converting existing (dumb) business card scans into rich notes?

MisterKIKI posted a topic in Going Paperless

I have a few business cards scanned in as simple pdfs in separate notes. More recently, I started scanning business cards with my phone, and it cleverly converts them to rich notes. Is there anyway of converting my existing dumb scans?
