Had same issues as everyone else. Running Evernote 10.2 on ios 14.2 Emptied my Trash folder as suggested by the sync issues page (https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/208313378). No change. Deleted the app entirely from my device and reinstalled and signed back in. Seems like sync is back working now although changes take 30-60 to be saved from updates to Evernote Web, then a forced sync shows them on my device.
