Hi bonniebutler, Welcome to Evernote!

I've been using Evernote since 2012 and I love it. I've never had a support issue until last week.

I have had the same issue in the last 5 days trying to find an answer to my issue. DTLow suggested I start a support ticket by clicking on the link in his "signature below".

Problem Is, I cant find his signature on the page, It does not seem to display??

Any suggestions?

I'm new to posting in forums. I do not see a "signature below" on the forum feed? Can you advise? I also have Free Evernote and was under the impression that there is no company help access, only the forums? Please advise
