  1. I must confess that I've not had a chance to investigate any of the suggestions in this thread. They all seem like good options. I really appreciate everyone's suggestions. Life kept interrupting me last week but I plan to look at all the suggested apps this week.
  2. I started using EN Professional in 2011 to clip recipes and recommended it without reservation to my friends and acquaintances. I've expanded to a few other areas, but it's actually a filing system with 10K notes now. I definitely see the value behind making the app more robust. However, as someone disabled/retired, I can't justify paying an increase like this for bells and whistles I won't use. Are there viable alternatives that will allow you to import notebooks into the new app without losing data? Or am I asking the wrong people?
  3. I frequently type Tibetan words in documents. Many of them do not have a suggested spelling. If and when they do suggest, I can easily have the spell checker learn the new word. But what can I do about those words, such as kshetrapalas, that don't have a suggested spelling? Is there, will there, be a way to have these unusual words learned by the spell checker?
  4. I dunno what I did wrong. The important thing, to me, is that I found a work around that wasn't too kludgy. Thanks for your help.
  5. I dragged PDF files from Pages into the black column that holds the notebooks. I selected the notes I wanted and hit merge. I ended up with the title of the notes as links to the PDF in pages. OS 11.2.3 EVN version 10.11.5 I ended up copying and pasting each note individually in one long note.
  6. I just merged eight notes and find the merged document requires that I open each note within the merged note separately. I would like to see them displayed as one BIG note w/o each merged note requiring a separate open. How can I merge notes so they are contiguous vs. having to click on each note, within the merged note, to display it?
  7. I have several documents that are multiple pages long within a single note. Currently, I have to click the > on the bottom of the page to advance to the next page. This becomes cumbersome, especially when I want something on the last page and must click through earlier pages. How can I format a document--either from within Pages or within EVN--so that it continues to scroll through as I read? (This is not the same thing as using the scroll bar.)
