  1. I wonder if the revert has to do with the following: For me (maybe others, too), the web clipper causes a bug in Gmail in that everytime after clipping an email, I receive an error in Gmail saying "oops... the system encountered a problem (#2014)" and any subsequent actions such as labeling or archiving emails don't work. I am pretty sure I was able to isolate the problem by deactivating the web clipper in Chrome. Provided feedback to Evernote and waiting for a solution.
  2. I have a subscription through Google Play Store and I am not able to manage my subscription directly via Evernote because of that. Goole Play still indicates the pre-increase price for my next subscription period, although I received the mail from Evernote announcing the price increase. It makes me wonder if it is just that the price increase hasn't been reflected yet on Google Play. So am undecided if it is a good idea to roll into the new subscription period hoping that I can continue with the pre-increase price. I doubt, I will be offered a discount when unsubscribing through Google Play (I can't manage my subscription through Evernote directly). Any experiences with unsubscribing via Google Play?
  3. Hi folks. Since acquisition, a lot seems to be happening at Evernote in terms of updates. Yes, before BS, features auch as backlinks and tasks were introduced but I never had been able to use Evernote on my Android phone for instance. It just didn't work. And the desktop app was slow. Development seemed to be slow in general (talking as someone who has no idea about software development). So I am genuinely curious what BS is doing differently in terms of software development that things seem starting to improve. And why were the original owners not able to do that? You know BS is talking about cleaning code and such. So did the original owners started with a bad code for version 10 to begin with? Any software developers here who might have a clue? I am really interested. Thanks in advance!
  4. Update: I have reached out to support and although my hopes were not high due to the comments here on the forum, they actually solved the issue. I need to say that in addition to the general slowness of the app, I also identified sync issues during the process. Some stuff didn't get into Evernote on Android nor out. I didn't realized it earlier because basically I stopped using it since the new version first came out on Android. They told me they did some backend changes. Not sure what they are, but for the first time since Evernote 10 arrived on Android, it became usable. I still would not say that the new Evernote on Android is an outstanding experience overall. But now, notes sync both ways, notebooks and home view load faster than before (significantly less than a minute as was the case before), and the app became somewhat more responsive in general. I had tried everything previously, deleting cache, and app data, re-installing the app all to no avail. I wasn't ever able to use the new version of the App on Android since it came out but now it will be useful definitely.
  5. I have the same issue with version 10 on Android (Pixel 4a 5g). My notebooks take ages to load, Home view does not update, a saved search only loads 4 out of 16 results. Similar to some other users I have also deleted the cache, reinstalled the app and whatever you can imagine, with no result. I am more or less happy with where the Windows version got to but the Android user experience is a joke. I have around 13,000 notes in total so I don't know if that is too much to handle but it shouldn't be considering that 100,000 notes per account is the upper limit.
  6. Hey! Thanks for bringing back this extremely useful feature, and yes, it is quite fast. Regarding changing the key combination: unfortunately the "switch to..." item is not editable like the global shortcuts, meaning that text keeps going to be justified whenever the shortcut is used. I am looking forward for the team to fix this.
  7. I have upgraded to 10.6.9 but I still can't copy images from Evernote and paste them elsewhere. I need to download them to desktop first and then copy them from there. It is ridiculous.
  8. I found the initial v10 to be unworkable because next to all the other things it felt so slow. But somehow 10.1.7 seems to work considerably faster.
