If you set up a table, select the column, and set Align content (to center, for example), that setting should be copied to the cells in a new row.  For example when a row is added by tabbing through the last cell in the last row.  However it seems to always default to Align content to top.

Short time is not inserted regardless of control panel settings.  Also, why no insert time only as in Mac version?  Also, why no date/time option under the Insert menu?

This is a feature that I've been craving for some time.  I would upgrade to Premium to get it.  Didn't know that OneNote already supports this; if the feature works on iPad I'll be switching, at least for meeting notes that I record.  A transcription feature would be equally useful, especially if the transcription had clickable timestamps embedded periodically (say every one minute or so). 

Also, the new ability to add audio recordings to existing notes will be useful for me.  Thanks for that!

When a new note is created, the first few words of the note text is copied to the title.  Please provide a way to disable this on Windows and OS X.  While you're at it, please also remove the "Title" string that is displayed if the note has no explicit title (or provide a way to remove it).  If I don't want a title, then I don't want one.  Shouldn't that be my decision?
