I have no solution but I am also having the same problem too and have no idea what seems to be going on. It kinda works for me for some notes and other notes no syncing or no reason. Did you ever get this resolved?

Hi, I am using Penultimate with the jot script stylus to take notes for my classes in college. Yesterday, I was in class and I wanted to copy and paste an important section from a PDF I was reading using the PDF Expert 5 app on my iPad to my Penultimate note. I was able to copy the desired section from the PDF and paste it into the Apple notes app for iPad but I was not able to paste the relevant section into my open Penultimate note. Is this not possible in Penultimate to allow me to copy and paste typed text on my iPad? If this is the case can you please make this possible in the future, this would help me greatly for my classes.
