  3. Hi, Yesterday we received an email that our business account is deactivated. The annual bill was paid on 12/15/2015 (Invoice #INV93252). I have opened a ticket but not heard back yet (1390114). We need access to our notes and want to know if we have made any mistake in renewing? Why is the account deactivated? Thanks.
