  1. @abisland, which version of Evernote are you running in your Android device? We made fixes to Samsung keyboards in 8.9, but we're rolling out slowly. Let me know if you have that update and if so, does it fix the problem?
  2. Thanks for bringing these up. We filed bugs for each of them and will be investigating a fix.
  3. We've released 7.10 Beta 1 today with several fixes. Please see the link below:
  4. Hey folks, Evernote for Mac 7.10 Beta 1 is now live. You can download it here. Improved Improved note loading speeds Improved search performance in slower networks Fixed Fixed an issue where copying text from Evernote and pasting it on 3rd party app would introduce an extra carriage return Searching Evernote notes with Spotlight now works on Mojave Fixed an issue where tags wouldn't delete using the keyboard shortcut Fixed an issue where the mic access prompt didn't appear Fixed an issue where text was illegible in the saved search edit field Fixed an issue deleting a page from a PDF in annotation mode Known issues: Text is fuzzy in non retina displays. Complex notes are choppy when scrolling.
  5. This is a known bug we're looking into. Sorry about that! The best workaround we can offer is to use our desktop apps instead of the web app at this time. You shouldn't see this error in there.
  6. Thanks for the feedback here. The newest version of ENWEB is still in the works and we will be introducing feature parity with the older version soon. In the meantime, what are the features that make you switch back to the current version? I'd love to read more about this. Thanks,
  7. @edenuk, Do you not see your shortcuts if you go back to the current web version? Click on your Avatar and select Switch to older version of Evernote Web. After this click on the star to see your shortcuts.
  8. Stacks are coming to the beta client soon. Stay tuned!
  9. The extra carriage return bug is fixed in Evernote for Mac 7.10. We will be releasing a beta for this version this week. Thanks for the patience.
  10. Agreed. This is pretty important to us to get fixed so we're moving as fast as we can right now to get it fixed, but at this time we have some bugs that will take priority over this one for being on supported operating systems.
  11. @Rashid Thanks for confirming. This is a known issue to us and it's related to apps accessing permission group changes introduced in Android Q. We're trying to fix up some of these more critical bugs, but please know we don't officially support Android Q yet. Thanks for reporting!
  12. @sergio.stanislauskas@gmail Just to confirm, when you capture from the website, are you sure the images are saved into Evernote? We normally see these issues when the images are hosted somewhere else, yet they display in Evernote as an embedded object. If the location of the moves or is taken offline, Evernote won't be able to locate it and will display a broken image link.
  13. Hey folks, We're actively investigating this issue right now. Thanks for your patience.
  14. @tedwlm I just opened a support ticket with you to get this figured out. I'll need to escalate this to our SMS partner to find out what's happening. Please reply to the support ticket when you have a chance. Regards,
  15. Once you delete a notebook, it's gone. If you have a local back like Time Machine, you should be able to restore them with these steps: 1. Disconnect your computer from the internet (this is very important) 2. Press and hold the **Option** key on your keyboard, then select **Help > Troubleshooting > Open Database Folder** 3. Keep the database folder window open, then exit Evernote by going to **Evernote > Quit Evernote** 4. Move the numbered folder from the database's current location to your computer’s desktop 5. Move the database folder from your Time Machine backup into the database location in Step 4 6. Open Evernote 7. Export any notebooks you wish to save by right-clicking the notebook name and selecting "Export", then selecting ".enex" format, and making sure to export tags * Do this for all the notes you’d like to retrieve from the old database 8. Reconnect to the internet and let your database sync from Evernote Web 9. Import the .enex files from Step 7 by going to **File > Import**
  16. Thank you. I DM'd you requesting some information.
  17. Do you see all your notes if you go to their respective notebooks? What kind of note list do you use? (card view, snippet view, list view, etc) ?
  18. Also, we still have the following known bugs: Fuzzy Text in non retina displays Spotlight doesn't work in macOS Mojave Scrolling notes with images, texts and attachments is choppy.
  19. Hello folks, Evernote for Mac 7.9 is now available for download. You can get it by updating your app or click here. Fixes and Improvements: If you copied something from Evernote to another editor, all the line and paragraph breaks you placed so lovingly would just disappear. Since our parents taught us to play well with others, we fixed that. Printing a note with tables is fun, right? (OK, maybe that’s just us—we’re kind of geeky). It’s not fun when the table borders don’t print. We thought so too, so we fixed it.
  20. Just wanted to let you know we're working on updating our text editor and this issue has been addressed in the new version. We're still testing the new editor and working on enhancements so I don't have a date for a release yet, but wanted to let you know we've heard you and addressed the problem. Thanks,
  21. @sokarie Try perhaps a forced sync to see if your notes populate in All Notes. Hold down `OPTION` + `SHIFT` on your keyboard and press the sync wheel on your toolbar.
  22. Just an update that Evernote for Mac 7.7 is now available via direct download, and it contains the fix for this issue.
