    It still works, but it's not working with Apple Preview because Preview doesn't like where we store attachments. It works with any other PDF Editor. As Shane mentioned, we're looking into it right now but so far we've only seen this issue with Apple Preview.

    Is your sidebar collapsed or expanded? If collapsed, we're issuing a fix for it in the next update.

    IFTTT was an example, this happens to me when using the web clipper. And I use It a lot in Safari 14.0. Every note captured with the web clipper gets automatically shared

    Can you give me the time and date this last happened. Also, please provide the URL of the note as the URL has a unique identifier I can use to narrow down my investigation. No need to make a shareable link to the note as I don't need access to it - I just need to see it's URL.

    When I downloaded the new version yesterday it opened fine and wasn't that hard to navigate. However today I opened it, and expanded a note (popped it out of the interface to edit it) and now I'm STUCK in that mode. Ack! Every time I hit the red button in the upper left corner of the note to close the note, it won't close. NOR can I get back to the app's "home screen" where I can see my menus, notes, notebook list, search window, etc. I even tried closing out of the app completely and re-opening it, but it still defaults to opening that one note again and the home screen is nowhere to be found.

    Dammit, why can't new releases be tested thoroughly before launch? This is a pretty basic function and makes no sense at all. I have reverted back to the previous version but as I understand it, that is a temporary fix. I'm dumbfounded and really nervous about updating my app on Android now that I see this bug. Because at least if I'm desperate, I can always use my phone in a pinch. 

    Anyone else experiencing this issue?

  6. The new Evernote for Mac no longer supports Classic Note links, only note links. Although classic note links are not supported anymore, an update coming soon will ensure that note links can behave like classic note links as well.  This means that regular note links will open notes in Evernote when clicked externally in another app. 

    If your workflow is dependent on Classic note links and you need more time to adjust, we're making the legacy app available for download and you can have it installed simultaneously.

    Are you still unable to login at this time? Can you DM me all your activity logs? 

    To send the App's activity log, please follow these steps:

    1. Open the Evernote app.
    2. Go to **Help > Show Log Files** from the menu bar.
    3. Attach the Evernote.log file to your reply.

    To send the app's sync logs, follow these steps: 

    1. Open Finder
    2. From the menu bar select Go > Go To Folder...
    3. Paste `~/Library/Application Support/Evernote/logs` and press Go. If you don't find this directory, try `~/Library/Containers/com.evernote.Evernote/Data/Library/Application Support/Evernote/logs` and press Go. 
    4. Zip the files from that directory. You can do so by selecting all the files in there > right click > Compress
    6. Attach it to your response
