    I'd be very interested to have this TOC feature added as well. I maintain a "runbook" for a group and am looking for an easy way to have an external, but securable, way to have it available off the company network. What I use right now is Confluence, where like it was mentioned in previous posts in this thread, it procedurally generates a table of contents from the H1, H2, H3 tags in the page.
