We need to comply with regulations that require that communication originating from our users be monitored, stored and reviewed .on a regular basis. Is there a way to force email messages originating in evernote “share” function to be routed via our domain email handlers? Can we disable that function for our business users? Also is there a way to force users –mechanically- to use the business book ONLY disabling the ability to create separate personal notes? Is there a process in place to backup the notes in our business books into our internal repositories? The main reason is that the local install on an internal PC is always to the C drive of the machine. There appears no way to install so the notes are stored in a shared drive on the local PC for the purposes of backup. (Yes using the subst command from DOS, yes DOS, works but it is a painful install and yet another local copy is kept on the C drive) I have mentioned this “features” for years and no progress as far as I can tell.
