Ticket# 1263847 Same issue for me. Purchased Plus upgrade via iTunes on my iPhone (October 5) and left it for 8 hours thinking it might take a little while for transaction to process. Checked the Evernote web after work & was still showing Basic. Reported it via Evernote support site on the website & got the ticket number but no option to email the iTunes receipt. It's October 7 & still no response? I've got lots of notes I need to upload.
