Re-installing fixed it for me. I've had to do it twice now. I hope a fix is coming soon.

I had the same problem. I couldn't see the content of any of my notes on the Windows desktop version. I was able to see my notes on the web version. Restarting didn't work. I uninstalled, downloaded the latest version, then re-installed. That fixed my problem.
