Thank you Monirom. Like you, I used to be just as excited about Evernote in the past. It was one of my “go to” apps across desktop, laptop, phone, iPad and browsers. Now I’m so frustrated and feel so let down by the bugs and lack of support. I wish Evernote had its old simple user interface and worked! Now it’s “flashy” (which I don’t care) and does NOT work for me. I’ve been looking for a better tool and will consider Notion! BTW does Notion do ACR from scanned documents, photos and handwritten notes?

Monirom, Thank you for this response. I’ve been a loyal EN user for seven years now and had recommended the tool to a dozen other users. I’m about done trying to debug and workaround this duplicate file issue. Have you found an alternative to EN that is reliable with a similar feature set?

I have same duplicate issue on 10.0.4 on IOS iPhone.
