  1. All of a sudden my Evernote continually pops up a green window that says, "Someone is currently editing this note. Please try again later." The thing is that's not possible because I'm the only user on my Evernote account. It creates a lag in writing and editing and it's pretty frustrating. Is anyone else experiencing the same?
  2. Thank you! I didn't realize DOUBLE CLICKING a note from the dashboard would create a different result than clicking the "Expand" icon. When you click the expand icon, it REPLACES the dashboard and you can't get back there without shrinking the note again. But when you double click notes on the dashboard, you can indeed pop out multiple notes. THANK YOU AGAIN!!
  3. Because we're American and we want to sync when we want to sync! :o) You can pry my sync button from my cold dead hands... LOL
  4. I seem to remember before the "upgrade" I could open multiple notes at the same time, and "pop" them all out of the dashboard to work on them all at the same time. Now I can't figure out how to do that. If I click the little icon that enlarges (pops out) the note, that's the only one I'm able to work on. If I want to do something in a second note, it appears I have to collapse that first note before popping out another one. This is akin to only being able to have one piece of paper on your desk at a time. Surely this can't be how Evernote Business works now, right?? Because that would be just silly. Is anyone else having the same challenge? Thanks!
  5. Believe it or not... you get back to the "dashboard" by clicking the icon in the upper left corner to "shrink" the note back down. It's SO non-intuitive.
  6. I also realized my Android app no longer has access to any of my notes anymore. This is troubling, as I rely on Evernote heavily to run my business. Moreover, I just tried to open the app again on my Android and add my Evernote Business login credentials under "Add a Business Account" but when I do, it says there's a login error "likely due to a bad connection to the internet" which is not the case. Everything else on my phone is connected to the web just fine via wifi. <<<<sigh>>>>
  7. At least you can open the app. It's really disappointing when known bugs / issues are ignored and new versions are rolled out without being tested well enough. Very disappointing especially to those who pay for premium service. I depend on Evernote for my business and now I feel like I need to somehow figure out how to export my notes in case the app becomes unusable. Like it is now. As in, won't open. Sooooo....
  8. This is regarding Evernote for MAC DESKTOP using OSX Catalina 10.15.6 (I'm an Evernote Business user, if that is helpful info) When I downloaded the new version yesterday it opened fine and wasn't that hard to navigate. However today I opened it, and expanded a note (popped it out of the interface to edit it) and now I'm STUCK in that mode. Ack! Every time I hit the red button in the upper left corner of the note to close the note, it won't close. NOR can I get back to the app's "home screen" where I can see my menus, notes, notebook list, search window, etc. I even tried closing out of the app completely and re-opening it, but it still defaults to opening that one note again and the home screen is nowhere to be found. Dammit, why can't new releases be tested thoroughly before launch? This is a pretty basic function and makes no sense at all. I have reverted back to the previous version but as I understand it, that is a temporary fix. I'm dumbfounded and really nervous about updating my app on Android now that I see this bug. Because at least if I'm desperate, I can always use my phone in a pinch. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Thanks!
