Try this as a test:
Using EN Win, update a Note in the Shared NB, and sync. Verify the sync'd changes using EN Web client at Evernote.com Contact the NB owner immediately, or one of your colleagues, and ask them to verify the changes you made
Let us know what happened.
Gazumped, I am on Windows 7, mentioned in my first post, as I know it's important when troubleshooting
So, I did the test above. Three of my colleagues see the changes I made, one cannot.
Everyone has synched, including the person who can't see my changes - she still can't see them.
Any ideas?
