    HOW IS THIS NOT FIXED YET? This is a gross oversight, and not fixing it quickly and quietly (with a look of terrible embarrassment on their faces) as soon as they realized it is an even bigger oversight.

    I would agree with that. Simple features like find & replace and horribly implemented features like EN's sync-conflict resolution should REALLY be added/fixed before largely useless features like Work Chat are added.
