To the original OP: I read your post with interest since I am faced with a similar question. What did you end up doing ? Regarding your specific needs about sharing client notes with coworkers, have you considered using Act? It's not a perfect note taking solution, however it is great at managing contacts and call/email notes. The latest version has really improved outlook integration. Finally, OneNote works very well and is easy to share. The only negatives in my opinion are: 1- cumbersome interface which does not work well on a phone. 2- not as many platforms are supported (for example BlackBerry).
