  1. my problem seems to be isolated with IP addresses. the IP address that I was frustratingly trying over and over on the outage day, with multiple machines, multiple browsers with the web clipper. I have dedicated. VPN IP . . when I turn it off.. login works. back on doesn't work. For now just had to build a domain rule to bypass the vpn . I am suprised though .. you are keeping that ip on some blacklist .. ..... @Federico Simionato For those asking is it your VPN provider they blocked.. the answer appears to be no. I have another network .. with a dedicated VPN ip same provider and that works fine. I did have the login issue on that day , I just didnt hammer Evernote on the downtime day trying to log in . However, and I suspect it is the way the Web Clipper is coded/structured... it will not login . I hopeful to continue this resolution .. in the coming week.
  2. @Federico Simionato can't send my logs web clipper the desktop .. because I guess I have sent. my 2 messages for the day .. by the way the support responded with we had a server problem. try again .

  5. @Federico Simionato You do major updates in the middle of the week? Seems haphazard sunny day outlook especially if you have businesses that leverage the tool.. I am paid individual subscriber and I still can't get access to desktop version. of which I have now uninstalled / reinstalled 3 times. .. I created a support ticket almost 8 hours ago and haven't heard a peep from anyone beside this forum. I have been user/subscriber since 2009 . I appreciate the we screwed up ownership particularly around communication but .. for me .. it is still not resolved.
  6. Subscript and client since 2009 . I did post a dumpster fire picture this morning called it Evernote's tech infrastructure and SDLC process on Twitter. . Perhaps the block is on the other side. .. Very frustrating
  7. Yes.. working up to yesterday's outage. no firewall issues. I can logon via browsers. just the desktop app.. doesn't seem to want to connect. this appears to be consistent when I attempt to log in from computer A via Internet source. A .. or. internet source B on a completely different WAN/location. I just get the 3 dots .. moving under my user name and it never connects

  9. yes.. but need the desktop the web version is very inefficient .. I have rebooted.. powered on and off.. on multiple Macs.. still no luck connecting.. Different internet connections also

  11. the Microsoft add in broke again for Office365 for Mac. Outlook release # v16.15 (180605). now you try to install , says successful, never shows up in bar.
