Hi Phil, I looked again at the Appexchange listing for Evernote. I realized that others had similar issues. Someone responded to my question about the Salesforce1 integration, stating that you have to have an EB account to even try the Salesforce1 integration. To answer your question, I loaded some files to my Evernote Visual Page section of the full site. It worked as I expected it to, 'reading' my written text, etc. The problem was being able to access those same notes within the app and adding new notes to an opportunity within the app; both failed to work. At this point I'm going to put the brakes on any further testing. I don't think our sales team is in any mood to commit to budget expenditures without proof of concept. Thanks for your assistance through this forum. Cheers, Nicole
Hi Phil, Yes, I have it added to Salesforce1. Attached are screenshots from my phone. I see the app from the main menu. Currently, I have the Evernote section showing in Opportunities. You can see from the second screenshot that I can see Evernote from an Opportunity. When I select it, I see the third screenshot, which just tells me I should be able to do something with Evernote. I haven't been able to figure out where I go from there, which leads me back to my assumption that I need to have a paid subscription to be able to use it. Thoughts? Thanks! I was doing some testing with Evernote/Salesforce integration through the Salesforce1 app. I am unable to add a note through Opportunity > Evernote Business. Is this because I have a free license? Can users only add notes through Salesforce1 if they have an Evernote Business account? So far the testing has been going well through the browser. Thanks in advance for your help!
