  1. Yep - me too. I have been on with two tickets(current one is now Ticket# 965242 - Premium. My only reply so far states there is no payment associated with my email address, do I have another one I may have used?? NO. I replied with my screenshot (AGAIN) from inside iTunes on my purchasing page with the order, time, date and order number. Still nothing.
