I am a premium member. @PinkElephantI appreciate you taking the time to answer me so please know what I am writing next is not directed at you. Hey Ian Small, I have been a premium member for almost 10 years. I have been directing people to this tool for most of that time. Ever since you started Evernote down this new campaign to improve, you have ruined the tool. The previous version (now called the legacy version) allows for manual syncs? Why can I sync there but not in the "improved" desktop client. Why the hell would I need to log out and in of the desktop client to get it to sync?? Ian, if this improvement then this reaffirms my decision to allow my decision to allow my premium membership to expire and start working in Notion.

My desktop client (version above) has not synced since 7/23. The web client and the legacy desktop are syncing Where is the sync control? Where is the control to check if it is in offline mode?

I am using the app to take photos of my journal notes. Evernote can recognize some of my sloppy handwriting while it is not able to on other pages. My question: Short of retaking the photo, is there a method to "force" Evernote to index a photo of a page once the photo is part of a note? Thank you.
