  1. I have the same issue. I upgraded through iTunes on Sunday. It is now Thursday. I have created 3 separate support tickets, and have received only "canned" responses on any of them - since, of course, "free" members get no priority. Evernote is a great product and I'm willing to pay for an upgrade, but right now I'm not getting what I paid for and can't recommend Evernote to any of my friends.
