I too have been suffering the inability to sync problem on my Windows laptop for over 3 weeks. I have attempted all the fixes suggested by the Evernote website including re-installation but to no avail. In that past the Customer support has been good, so imagine my disappointment when I received this reply: Thank you for your patience. I appreciate you taking the time to work with me as we work through this. This is a bug that the engineering team is currently working on resolving. I’m not sure when the issue will be resolved. I’m going to close your ticket. If you would like, I can notify you when your issue has been fixed and scheduled for release. I encourage you to continue updating Evernote as new versions are released.
