    I ran into the same issue on my M1 Macbook Air running 10.32.4. It is clunky, but you can use the "Export Note as PDF..." option under the File menu to save a copy of the note as PDF. Then open it in Preview or another PDF viewer, and for me it rendered and printed fine from the exported PDF.
