One more thing: As described here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Evernote/comments/qtkzaa/shortcut_problem_since_ios_151/ this feature still works, but for whatever reason it requires some workaround. I have just tested it and it really works with latest EN on the iOS. So there is something to be fixed as the EN itself allows to create notes in dedicated notebook.

Of course there is something to be fixed - the possibility to choose the notebook as it's not misleading and not working as designed (and used to work).
