I'm having a terrible experience with the new Evernote. My screen goes blank every time I move between personal/business accounts (which I need to do often). Half my business files ended up under personal and vice versa. The version on my Mac often just loads blank pages and I have to close it down and start over.
Plus -- I can't get any help. If I try to get through on Support, it logs me out. Then when I log in and click through to Support again, I'm logged out again. There seems to be no way to create a ticket or do a live chat of any kind.
I've been a happy Evernote premium user for years but I'm on the verge of starting over with a new program. Can anyone help, pelase?
