  1. I haven't been able to use my work version of Evernote in a MONTH! Ever since "upgrading" to 6 nothing will work. I'm on a Mac OS 10.9.5. I've made every upgrade available (including the new bets) in hopes that it will finally work again. It won't even open correctly. Problem: I open the application, it launches. The menus appear, but no window. If I click new Evernote window, it crashes. On the odd time I do get a window, it crashes as soon as I try to open a note or notebook. I've let it run overnight (12 hours) and not touched the machine, to "sync my files." I've tried reinstalling, uninstalling, clean installing and nothing works. I've sent in crash reports every time, and there have been a lot. I've even sent an email to your help desk with no response. This is HORRIBLE customer service. Thank God I haven't "upgraded" any of my home machines or mobile devices. But my work computer is where I use Evernote the most, so not having it available is making me less effective. I'm going to have to begin looking for an alternative.
