    Can you help me retrieve my old notes?  I've downloaded the legacy version, signed in with no luck on retrieving the notes.  I've been a member since 2018 using the same email address the entire time.  I'M LOST HERE!!!!! Is there any way to get these back or is it done deal and have to start completely over?  BTW, where did our sensitive data go to if we can't get it back?

      I did not find any accounts for those emails. Please try these steps on your Windows PC to help me find the account.

       
      1. Select: Tools>Options>General>Open Database Folder
      2. Capture a screenshot of the list of files in your database folder.
      3. Reply with the screenshot attached.

      I didn't create my account on a PC.  I used the Evernote App on my phone.  How do I find the account if using an app?
