If you go to your iTunes purchases and report a problem, select the issue as being "It didn't download", enter your description and then request a refund, doing so generates an instant refund of the subscription. Won't be making the mistake of premium purchases again with evernote! Thanks for nothing! I *was* premium since 2009.
