Making the web client a PWA shouldn't be a huge task. From what I remember, in the most basic use case, it's just a matter of adding an extra file (manifest file). A lot more can be done - especially with caching if I am not mistaken, but it's optional.

So, for the sake of clarity, let's recap: feature requested is a custom context menu on Evernote for web feature is present on Evernote for Windows and Evernote for Mac Should be do-able on web. Here is a post on how to implement it (for dev, not for end-users). I'd love that too.

That would solve one of my most common and painful actions on evernote web.
