How to Turn Off Work Chat?

Have been using Work Chat with colleagues. Hate it. They have hidden the email option in the Notes toolbar; impossible to tag a note unless the author has used the tags i want to; hard to move shared note to non-shared folder i have not worked out how to delete worksheets. I love Evernote. Hate this latest iteration, unfortunately.
