  1. Coder limited imagination / ability has beaten customer usability. (i.e. technology-centred has beaten human-centred)
  2. How can I tag a Notebook, please? Thanks, DT p.s. I know how to tag a note, but I can't see how I tag a notebook — hence my question.
  3. Having made the decision to use Evernote as my primary Notes solution, I am finding limitation after limitation that is revealing my decision as a bad one! Not being able to have a stack within a stack (a 'sub-stack' maybe) is one such limitation. They could have at least thought about this issue, addressing it for example by allowing 'Areas' above stacks, for example. The fact that a fundamental note organisation limitation like this has been ignored is yet one more check in the 'con' column for me. Another core issue is only allowing alphabetical organisation of folders, rather than allowing user choice in such a significant matter. And let's not mention the permanently black sidebar in so-called "Light mode". The mind boggles.
  4. Yeah. Evernote gives the option of light or dark mode, but only implements half of your option, if you choose to go with light mode. Who knows why the cretins think this way, but having now been bought by Bending Spoons and refocused on profit, don't expect them to be prioritising the user experience for some time. I imagine the choice of a light sidebar may resurface as a 'paid for' option in a future 'premium plus' release! Such is software these days.
  5. You don't see the issue… Well, my mistake then. Never mind.
  6. Three years later, and this functionality is still not available. Does anyone know a better app that will support sharing of collections (or "stacks", in Evernote-speak) of documents / clippings / PDFs with team members? The ability to share 'collections' is super critical, as we need to be reviewing the same sets of documents. Thanks,
