  1. Yesterday my web clipper completely stopped working. Current version of Chrome is Version 117.0.5938.149. I deleted the Evernote Web Clipper extension and reinstalled it, but there is no login available, and when I check logs it shows the following: 2023\10\4 19:43:46 ERR Error in recreateAccounts CLPERR: UNK/UNK Non 200 http response Error: Non 200 http response at Io.fromGeneric (chrome-extension://pioclpoplcdbaefihamjohnefbikjilc/ServiceWorkerExtension.js:2:1496170) at Io.fromAny (chrome-extension://pioclpoplcdbaefihamjohnefbikjilc/ServiceWorkerExtension.js:2:1495744) at Md._handleReloadError (chrome-extension://pioclpoplcdbaefihamjohnefbikjilc/ServiceWorkerExtension.js:2:1714078) at chrome-extension://pioclpoplcdbaefihamjohnefbikjilc/ServiceWorkerExtension.js:2:1709621 2023\10\4 19:43:46 ERR CLPERR: UNK/UNK Non 200 http response Error: Non 200 http response at Io.fromGeneric (chrome-extension://pioclpoplcdbaefihamjohnefbikjilc/ServiceWorkerExtension.js:2:1496170) at Io.fromAny (chrome-extension://pioclpoplcdbaefihamjohnefbikjilc/ServiceWorkerExtension.js:2:1495744) at Md._handleReloadError (chrome-extension://pioclpoplcdbaefihamjohnefbikjilc/ServiceWorkerExtension.js:2:1714078) at chrome-extension://pioclpoplcdbaefihamjohnefbikjilc/ServiceWorkerExtension.js:2:1709621 If anyone knows what's going on or how to address this, I'd be very grateful as this is a function I use multiple times a day. Thanks.
  2. Evernote Web Clipper has broken ever since my Chrome browser (Mac, Version 113.0.5672.63 (Official Build) (x86_64)) updated this morning. The Evernote app for Mac that I use on the same desktop also updated itself, but I don't think that is related. I uninstalled EWC from the browser and reinstalled it, but that was not successful. Unable to even login to the EWC from Chrome. This is very unwelcome as I use EWC frequently throughout the day for work. Thanks in advance for any advice.
  3. With the update to desktop version v166.1.20643, my previously stable sans-serif default has gone back to serif mode, with no discernable option to change it. Very frustrating, and so dumb that such a basic function is either impossible to find or completely non-existent.
  4. There is no internet connectivity issue on my end, if that's what you're referring to. Waiting for 45 minutes to be able to access/edit notes that were uploaded 45 minutes ago does seem like something that most people would consider a pretty top priority. The program as it currently exists is increasingly unusable. It's a major fail. And again, I generally hate people whinging about stuff, but this is not a trivial flaw. It's not something that is really excusable. Syncing within a reasonable time is not an unreasonable ask - it is fundamental.
  5. I'm a long-time Evernote user/subscriber, and the 10.8 rollout (Mac) has been awful. The lack of synching on anything close to a timely basis (at least 45 minutes) is unacceptable. I too have taken to closing and restarting the program. It's awful. Genuinely, truly awful. I would change platforms if I knew of a better option. Sorry to be so negative, but really. The developers need to get on this pronto or they're going to find themselves with a bigger problem on their hands than putting back a sync button that should never have been removed in the first place.
  6. Since version 10.0 and above for Mac OS, everytime Evernote updates (which is daily) I get a SUPER-ANNOYING notification that bounces me off the window I'm working on, to the notification window. It is a total interruption of workflow, and IS SUPER, MEGA-FREAKING ANNOYING AND MAKES ME WANT TO KNOCK PEOPLE'S HATS OFF THEIR HEADS. Please fix this ASAP. Thank you.
  7. Ok, I looked for where to submit such a suggestion but they don't make it particularly easy to find. If you have a link and could post it here I'd be most appreciative!
  8. Thanks. FWIW, this default setting (assuming that's what it is) wasn't always so. It seems to have changed about 9 or 12 months ago (can't remember), because prior to that using web clipper for "simplified article" saved them as sans-serif. I'll also send this (our) suggestion as a feature request. It's a sophisticated enough piece of software that customizing such a setting is a pretty reasonable thing to request.
  9. Thank you, Stephen. That would definitely explain the issue I'm experiencing. I usually use "Simplified Article", which indeed renders as a serif font. I happen to HATE serif fonts, so mark me down as someone who does not find that easier to read.
  10. Ok, this is driving me bonkers. I've got the default font in my desktop client set to sans-serif fonts, and yet whenever I clip an article using my Evernote clipper (for Chrome Version 69.0.3497.100), it renders as a serif font in the desktop program. I can change that manually within the desktop program, but it's time consuming and it should not be so onerous. How can one change the default font for the clipper? This has been going on for six months, and it's really annoying me. Thanks.
