In the new version of Evernote, when I save a document then I want to drag it to e-mail or some other application it will not save as a PDF. For example under the old Evernote if I saved a file I could drag it to an e-mail and it would save as a PDF, the new version does not let you drag the PDF, you have to download it to the computer then go and search for it then drag it to wherever you want it to go, way to much work. When is this going to be fixed. Thanks Ken

What will the legacy app. do, will I be able to scan and drag the PDF file once I download the legacy app. and do you go to the app. store to download it.

I purchased a new scanner an Epson Smart Scan ES-400 and when I downloaded the new version of Evernote it will not let me drag a PDF file to another document like in an e-mail. The old version of evernote works fine and when I drag a file it ends up as a PDF file. Is the new version not responding to the software in my new scanner.

I have the evernote scanner that I purchased around 8 years ago from evernote. When I updated my Mac to Catalina I could not scan. I uninstalled the old Scan snap and installed the Scan snap home and followed the directions but in the end an error message came up with something about not reading the firmware on the scanner. Not sure what to do next. Also If I buy another new scanner from evernote will the new one be comparable to the updated Catalina on my Mac. Thanks Ken

I have the evernote scanner and when I updated my Mac to Catalina my evernote scanner will not scan. I uninstalled the scan snap and went through the steps but it did not help. Is there something that I did wrong. My evernote scanner is IX 500 and is around 7 years old. Any thoughts or help. Thanks Ken

I upgraded my Mac software to macOS Catalina and my evernote scanner will not work. There is an error message that states I need to update the app. Not sure what I need to do, please help
