    In all of the above,  note @agsteele's comment about maybe there's a browser issue going on,  and it is a fairly major holiday period around the world,  so Evernote's responses might be a little delayed!

    This video shows what I experience....thank you for your help and Evernote...you may want to take a closer look at this or tell me what I am doing wrong.

    OK I understand. Can you give me 1 link that takes me to a page where I can submit a support request hen I will make a screen capture and show you want happens on my computer.

    Lets try that and see if we can get to the bottom on this.

    I agee with you but when I click the link and try to what the post says I am logged out. Evernote may have a bug.

    I have spent 30 min plus finding a way to contact them without any luck, that is why I try to ask her.

    It's like Evernote are doing what they can to make it difficult to contact them...do you know of a direct link to a 'Contact us' page?

  5. Can anyone provide me with a direct link to billing or support where I can submit a ticket?

    Maybe I am stupid, but I cannot find a link anywhere that works.

    I am just logged out of the evernote/forum. Then when I log in it repeats itself over and over again.

    To me it looks like Evernote are trying to make it difficult for their customers to contact them.

    Thank you, I tried to follow the link. It logs me out, then when I log in again I am taken to the web based version of Evernote.

    If Evernote was serious about good customer service, they would make a button "Contact Support", very clearly, for instance on the account page.

    I am constantly being sent from one page to another where I have to log in but no Contact Support.

    But thank you for trying to help out. 

    Also, a big PS to Evernote: Other cloud system send out an email before renewal reminding people about the renewal, I did not get any mail from you, and it was not in my calendar because I am convinced I had already canceled the subscriptions. Had I received a reminder, then I could have checked the status.

  7. I have been charge in what I believe is an error. 

    I am desperately trying to find a page where I can contact Evernote but even if it says Contact Us it does go to various support options but I cannot find a contact form or Email.

    Does anyone know if there is a secrete page where it is possible to contact Evernote support?

    I use the html format for my backups - each note is exported to a single file
    The notes are readable by any browser app

    OK thank you for letting me know. If i change to legacy version, do I need to download all notes again - some 30 GB 😞 before I can export the heck out of Evernote.

    Thank you. The 50 note limited is properly because it is a webpage being loaded, and they are trying to figure out how to load more and faster.

    If i export the ENEX file how do i get data out of it?  I just dont get it. 

  10. I have used Evernote for about 10 years now. With the latest version I decided to get out of Evernote and into Google Drive.

    Thinking I could export my notes (some 16,000) in 150 or so notebooks I got a very long nose because I can only export 50 at a time. On top of that the app is now a very slow web page with a nice boarder around saying Evernote....

    Needless to say, one cannot use a software application that hijack data this way, imagine that Evernote goes out of business. 

    I tried Zapire but can only get it to work with new notes. I want everything out and into a file of some sort so that I own my data.

    How do I get all my note out in some kind of logic fashion, and how can one mix attached files with notes.

    This is tricky and any help and suggestions are very welcome. 

     

  11. Yes, it may, but I already checked it.

    in all fairness to Evernote, I did contact them about the problem. They asked me to send a lot of log files, check and check that. 

    At the same time the problem took care of itself so I did not spend 30 min getting all the log files together.

    My guess is that my account had some kind of known issue that they just went in and fixed but we shall never know....

    I recently changed from Apple iOS to android. Everything is working fine and I got all my notes downloads, but lately it's taking longer and longer to synchronize.

    I have about 15,000 notes give and take and I use Evernote a lot. Today the phone (Samsung Notes 10+) is synchronizing more than four hours, and I think it may have to update and add 30 notes from yesterday. This is making it difficult to use the app. When do you have time to sit and wait for hours to get your notes synchronized. It looks to me like it's running through all the notes in the system when he synchronizes one by one rather than just adding and updating recently added and changed notes. That does not make a lot of sense.

    And yes my Internet is fine, my phone is working correctly, has enough, space, my desktop computer is working correctly I'm in IT and I've checked all the things. 

    In comparison iOS does not have the same problem, and when I synchronized my iPad it took only 30 seconds.

    is Evernote only and iOS/Apple tool?

    In my case was the answere you use ios13, but it seems is gone...

    I have so many hope that will be better, but meanwhile i don't think so.  I'm so sad.... 

    I stand corrected. I am (was) using IOS 13 beta. On uninstalling that the tagging came back. 

    I read the comment above wrongly thinking it was only Evernote Beta being referred to. 

    Thank you all for trying to help - currently in the process of downloading 15000 notes :-)
