@Shane D. Do you have any updated information available? For me this is only some notes, restarting and re-installing does not work and the issue persists across desktop and web.

Same issue here. Restarting and re-installing did not seem to fix it. Some notes appear blank in the list and I can't seem to select these. Ones that don't appear blank I seem to be able to select. This is the behavior in card view. In Snipped view I can see some preview text and can select but entire right side editor is blank. I tried using the website instead and it's the same. Presumably these are actually the same interface ..
