  1. I can't believe this problem has been running for more than 2 years. I have the same issue and it's been more than 24 hours - Ticket# 774838. I've already sent proof of purchase via iTunes and the Order Number. Please assist quickly. Irritating that my uploads cannot be synched as Ive reached the account limit for the free account.
