I use only two notebooks in my evernote workflow, so the lack of nested notebooks isn't problem for me. On the other hand, I use tags a lot, and I can't use evernote without nesting them, so for me it's a priority...

Actually, the tags list is the thing, that also made me back to the old version, especially that the tags structure (hierarchy) is gone in beta. I think it should be at least an option for switching it on and off. Personally, I can't use evernote without it at all, and I think there are more people like me...
