  1. @gazumpedThank you. Yes, that's exactly what I did - I went with the legacy app (for this and 1000 other reasons). For anyone else, here's how to install the legacy app: https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052560314-Install-an-older-version-of-Evernote
  2. Hey, I'm glad to see so many people expressing their frustration with the new Evernote for iOS, as I thought I was the only one and it was only in my mind. There are so many things wrong with this version, that I just don't know where to start. And I keep discovering new bugs and removed features. It's like some junior programmer decided to do a weekend project with some fancy new technology, except that this experiment is affecting millions of users. I also wanted to cancel my subscription, but unfortunately, the automatic renewal bit me and now I'm stuck with Evernote for another year. I'm truly mad, that an application, which I've used for so many years and which I've loved, just got destroyed in front of my eyes. I guess the lesson is that we need to appreciate the good software, while it lasts, as nothing guarantees, it will remain good forever.
  3. When I insert a pdf in a note, the pdf is automatically previewed. If I right click it, I have the option View as attachment. In the old Evernote for Mac there was an option in Preferences to make all new pdfs appear as attachments by default. How do I do this in the new Evernote (10.4.4.)? Thank you.
  4. Hi gazumped and thanks for the reply. I cannot test this solution, because I did the follwoing: took a photo; in top right corner tapped on the three dots; a menu with several iteams appeared. The first option was called Multishot or something similar. I deselected this option and began using the normal camera. Now I don't have the three dots in the upper right corner anymore, as when I enter camera mode, I enter the native camera app and not the one from Evernote.
  5. When scanning a sheet of paper, on iOS there is the option to manually specify the boundaries of the image. This is useful in case Evernote does not correctly recognizes the shape of the paper. However, on Android I don't see such an option. Is this by design or am I just not seeing how to enter the edit mode?
  6. How can I list and delete the tags, that currently have not be used in any note? Or does Evernote work like that - after a tag is removed from a note, if no other note has been tagged with the same tag, the tag automatically gets deleted?
